Shipping Policy

Deliveries must be received by persons 21 years of age or older with a valid government issued picture ID.

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays and can take up to 48 hours to process.  If you place your order after 3PM Pacific Time (PT) on a Friday, your order will be processed on Monday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday.

The carrier will make three delivery attempts. If you are not present to accept the package on any of these occasions, the carrier will return your order to us and we will reach out to you directly to resolve.

Weather:  Sometimes weather gets in the way! If we are shipping wine to a location with extreme weather temperatures, we may reach out to you to discuss alterations to your order. We may suggest delayed or expedited shipping. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Moon Bloom does not currently accept returns. 

 

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs. Other restrictions may apply.

We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory.
